Nobody has to approve it. Signed up with a phone number only? Ask the property directly — they can remove you from their own account.

This clears your name, email and phone from the property’s list. Requests and chats you sent stay until their retention period ends. The record of the consent you gave (the wording you saw, when, and the address and browser it came from) is kept as proof and is not removed by this form.
