Product · Guest Hub

The page behind the tile.

A guest taps the Tile, Hub version, in the room and your own guest page opens — a digital guest directory for your hotel, with no app to download, no account, and no waiting at reception.

What the guest sees

Everything a guest would otherwise call down for, in one page you control: the Wi-Fi password copied with one tap, requests raised from the room, dining, spa and house rules, a featured offer, and the front-desk number. It carries your logo, your colors and your photograph.

  • The Windmere Inn Guest Hub on a phone: the Wi-Fi network and password with a copy button, then buttons to ask for towels, housekeeping, late checkout and maintenance
Your branding, your photograph, the sections you choose.
  • The Wi-Fi screen on a phone, with the network name copied and the room password ready to copy
The password copies to the clipboard with one tap.
  • The dining screen on a phone, listing The Lakeview, The Veranda and The Hartwell Bar with their hours
Hours, menus and house rules, edited from your dashboard.

Raised from the Hub

Towels, housekeeping, late checkout.

A guest asks from their phone and is told the front desk has it. It lands in your dashboard, in one queue, oldest first. Whoever takes it presses I’ve got this, so two people don’t answer the same request, and closes it with Mark handled.

  1. New
  2. I've got this
  3. Handled

Requests route to the people who answer them — housekeeping, maintenance or the desk — and each one shows how long it took to handle.

requests

Example data. Handling times come from your team’s own presses, not estimates.

Counted

Every request, where it came from, who took it, and how long it took to handle.

Not counted

Anything the guest didn’t type. We don’t infer satisfaction from a closed request.

What's counted, and what isn't

Counted

Taps on each tile, the links guests press on the Hub, and the requests they raise from it.

Not counted

Who the guest is. Nobody signs in to the Hub. A connected property system supplies a first name for the greeting, and nothing more.
