Property type

Spread out, and still counted where it happened.

A resort's guests are rarely near the desk, so the places they stop — the pool deck, the spa counter, the trail head — matter more than the lobby does. Every piece is counted where it sits, so you can see which part of the property guests actually reach for their phones in.

Where the pieces go

The same two pieces every property gets, put where this kind of property's guests actually stop. Each one opens the page it always opens.

Questions we get from resorts & lodges

Can different parts of the property have different pages?

Yes. Each piece opens the page you point it at — one for the villas, one for the pool deck, one for the spa — and every figure can be read by area.

Do requests from the pool reach the pool?

A request carries where it came from, so it reaches the queue with the area on it rather than landing in one shared pile with no idea which end of the property it came from.

Is there anything outdoors that won't survive?

The pieces are made to order in the finish you choose, and a damaged one is replaced keeping the same page and history. We will say plainly which finishes we would not put beside a pool.

Everything else is on the questions page.

See it on a real tile, in your own building.

We plan the pieces around how your property is laid out, not the other way round.
