Property type
One property, one desk, and everything that reaches it.
An independent hotel has no call centre and no brand app: the questions all arrive at one desk, and most of them are the same four. GoTouch puts the answers where the guest already is, and everything else they ask for into one queue with the room already on it.

Where the pieces go
The same two pieces every property gets, put where this kind of property's guests actually stop. Each one opens the page it always opens.

What you would be looking at
One panel from the dashboard, with figures invented for a property like yours. Every figure GoTouch shows is a count of something that happened or a value you set.

Tagged with the room from the piece that was tapped. No app, no sign-in, nobody typing a room number.
Questions we get from independent & boutique hotels
We have forty rooms and three people on at night. Is this more work?
A request arrives with the room on it, because the tile in the room knows which room it is in — nobody types one and nobody rings back to ask. You choose which kinds of request are offered, and you can turn any of them off for the night.
Can the Guest Hub say what we actually want it to say?
It is your wording, your sections and your links, changed in Settings and live when you save. Wi-Fi, dining, the spa, house rules, and anything else you write.
Do we need our own app?
No, and this is not one. A guest taps a tile and a web page opens; there is nothing to download and nothing to sign in to.
What happens if a tile is damaged?
It is replaced with one that keeps the same page and the same history, so your figures don't break and nothing else needs reprinting.
Everything else is on the questions page.
See it on a real tile, in your own building.
We plan the pieces around how your property is laid out, not the other way round.
