Property type

Several properties, and one place to look.

A management company's problem is rarely one property; it is telling which of six has a problem this month without opening six dashboards. Each property keeps its own pages, team and figures, and the themes guests keep raising can be read across all of them together.

Where the pieces go

The same two pieces every property gets, put where this kind of property's guests actually stop. Each one opens the page it always opens.

What you would be looking at

One panel from the dashboard, with figures invented for a property like yours. Every figure GoTouch shows is a count of something that happened or a value you set.

What guests keep mentioningExample data

A mention is a phrase in a review. Positive and negative are the rating that guest gave — not a reading of their words.

Questions we get from hotel groups & management companies

Can we compare properties?

By theme, yes: the phrases guests keep raising, with each theme's positive and negative split and the sentences behind it, read across the properties you have. That is what the themes page does, and it is live.

Does one property's team see another's?

No. A person is a member of the properties you add them to and sees nothing outside them; the account above them is where a portfolio is read.

Do all our properties have to look the same?

No. Each property has its own wording, its own sections, its own finishes and its own offers. What they share is the account and the way the figures are counted.

What do you promise about comparing figures?

Only what is counted. Taps, requests, offers claimed and redeemed, and themes from reviews. Nothing is modelled, projected or scored, and we will not rank your properties for you.

Everything else is on the questions page.

See it on a real tile, in your own building.

We plan the pieces around how your property is laid out, not the other way round.
