One offer, any touchpoint.

Write one offer and point any number of touchpoints at it. Change it any week without new hardware, and it ends on its own when you say so.

What the guest sees

The Hub version of the Tile carries your featured offer, and any tile you point at the offer opens a single offer page. The guest claims it on their phone with an email address or phone number, gets a code, and shows it at the desk.

What the hotel sees

Claims and redemptions are kept as two separate figures. Claims are counted by touchpoint, so you can see which piece of hardware is doing the work.

What's counted, and what isn't

Counted

Claims by touchpoint and redemptions by offer, kept apart. Sign-ups with the consent wording each guest agreed to.

Not counted

Revenue. A claim is not a sale. If you give an offer a value, redemptions are totalled at the value you set, and shown as yours.

See an offer claimed on a consultation.
